Website Terms and Conditions of Use
Effective and last updated: August 19, 2026
These Website Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://dent-menders.com and its pages, content, and online features (collectively, the “Site”).
The Site is operated by Dent Menders (“Dent Menders,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You must use the Site only in compliance with applicable law. If you use the Site on behalf of a business or another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.
2. Website Information Is General Information
The Site provides general information about Dent Menders, paintless dent repair, hail-damage repair, appointments, and related topics.
Website content is not a diagnosis of vehicle damage, a repair recommendation, a binding estimate, an insurance determination, or a guarantee that paintless dent repair is appropriate for a particular vehicle.
Every dent, panel, paint condition, and vehicle is different. Dent Menders must inspect the vehicle in person before determining repair suitability, price, or timing.
Information about typical turnaround times, same-day service, hail-repair timelines, cost savings, insurance coordination, or other outcomes is illustrative and may not apply to every vehicle or claim.
We try to keep the Site accurate and current, but service descriptions, availability, hours, personnel, processes, and other information may change without notice.
If website information conflicts with a written estimate, repair authorization, warranty document, or other agreement signed or issued for a specific vehicle, that specific document controls.
3. Appointments and In-Person Estimates
The Site may use Calendly or another third-party scheduling provider. An appointment is confirmed only when the scheduling system or Dent Menders sends a confirmation. Submitting a preferred time does not by itself guarantee availability.
An appointment reserves time for Dent Menders to inspect the vehicle. It is not an agreement to perform repairs and is not a quoted price.
Repairs, parts, rental arrangements, and completion dates require separate approval or documentation.
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, use the instructions in your confirmation or call (402) 651-0171.
Walk-ins may be welcome, but wait times and the ability to complete an inspection or repair the same day depend on workload, staffing, damage, access to the affected panel, insurance requirements, and other circumstances.
4. Insurance Information
Any insurance information provided on the Site is general information and is not insurance, legal, or financial advice.
Insurers and policies handle claims, estimates, deductibles, rental coverage, repair authorization, and payment differently. You are responsible for confirming your coverage and required claim steps with your insurer.
When you authorize Dent Menders to assist with a claim, we may communicate with an insurer, adjuster, rental provider, or other authorized participant.
Dent Menders cannot guarantee that an insurer will approve a claim, accept an estimate, pay a particular amount, provide a rental vehicle, waive a deductible, or complete its review by a particular date.
You remain responsible for amounts not paid by insurance unless a written agreement states otherwise.
5. Repair Warranties and Service Agreements
Any lifetime warranty or other warranty described on the Site applies only to eligible work and only under the written warranty or repair terms provided for that work.
Website content does not expand, replace, or modify a written estimate, repair authorization, invoice, warranty, or other service agreement.
These Terms govern use of the Site. They do not replace the specific documents governing repair work on a vehicle.
6. Permitted Use of the Site
Dent Menders grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the Site for lawful, personal, informational purposes and to communicate with or schedule an appointment with Dent Menders.
You may not use the Site to:
- Violate applicable law or another person’s rights;
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Site;
- Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, systems, or data;
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract Site content or personal information without written permission;
- Impersonate another person;
- Submit false or misleading information;
- Use automated tools in a manner that places an unreasonable burden on the Site; or
- Assist another person in performing any prohibited activity.
7. Ownership, Copyright, and Trademarks
Unless otherwise identified, the Site and its original text, photographs, graphics, videos, layout, design elements, logos, trade names, slogans, and other content are owned by or licensed to Dent Menders and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You may view and print reasonable portions of the Site for your own noncommercial use.
You may not copy, republish, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, alter, remove ownership notices from, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit Site content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Dent Menders or the applicable rights owner.
Dent Menders’ name, logo, and other brand identifiers may be trademarks or service marks of Dent Menders. You may not use them in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or approval without written permission.
Names and marks belonging to insurers, vehicle manufacturers, scheduling providers, or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners. References to them do not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
8. Reporting Copyright or Trademark Concerns
Dent Menders respects intellectual-property rights.
If you believe material on the Site infringes a copyright or that the use of a name, logo, or other designation infringes or creates confusion with a trademark you own or are authorized to enforce, send a written notice to:
Dent Menders
Attn: Intellectual Property Notice
5722 S 144th St
Omaha, NE 68137
Your notice should include:
- Identification of the protected work or trademark;
- Any relevant registration number and jurisdiction, if applicable;
- Identification of the material or use you believe is infringing and where it appears on the Site;
- An explanation of the basis for your concern;
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or are authorized to act for the owner; and
- A physical or electronic signature.
We may request additional information needed to evaluate a notice.
We will review sufficiently detailed notices in good faith and may remove, disable, or modify material while a concern is investigated.
This voluntary reporting process does not waive any party’s rights, remedies, defenses, or legal notice requirements and does not create a contractual duty to take a particular action.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may link to or embed services operated by third parties, such as Calendly, mapping services, social-media platforms, insurers, manufacturers, or other resources.
Third-party services are provided under their own terms and privacy notices. Dent Menders does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, content, or practices of a third-party service.
A link does not necessarily mean that Dent Menders endorses the third party or its products or services.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information associated with the Site and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in that policy.
11. Disclaimer of Website Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Dent Menders does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, free of harmful components, or suitable for every purpose, or that every item of information will be complete, current, or accurate.
Your use of the Site is at your own risk.
This website disclaimer does not eliminate or reduce any written warranty that Dent Menders expressly provides for eligible repair work. That warranty is governed by its own terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dent Menders and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Site or a linked third-party service, even if advised that such damages are possible.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit parties to limit.
These Site-related limitations do not replace the separate terms, responsibilities, or remedies that may apply to repair services performed on a vehicle.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Dent Menders for reasonable losses, liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
This section does not apply to the extent a claim results from Dent Menders’ own unlawful conduct.
14. Suspension or Termination of Access
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to all or part of the Site when reasonably necessary to:
- Protect the Site, its users, Dent Menders, or third parties;
- Respond to suspected unlawful conduct or a security risk;
- Perform maintenance; or
- Discontinue a feature.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and governing law.
15. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any law that requires otherwise, disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction in Douglas County, Nebraska, and you consent to that venue and jurisdiction.
16. Severability and No Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect, and the affected provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it later.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may change the Site and revise these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised “last updated” date and will apply prospectively.
Continued use of the Site after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
